Our Story

Once upon a time there was a very lonely little witch.

Once upon a time there was a very curious little toad.

On one fateful day our lonely little witch was deep in the forest under her favorite tree stirring up one very delicious smelling potion. Our curious toad was hopping along looking for pretty rocks when suddenly he caught that yummy scent on a passing breeze. Toad followed the scent all the way to little witch and crept up behind that beautiful crooked old tree. Being a curious toad (a bit too curious some might say) he hopped up to the first branch for a closer look, just as little witch was pulling the wooden spoon from her cauldron, and THWAPPPPP toad came tumbling down and landed right into the brew...

"Help! I’m drowning! Help!! HELlllllllllp?? Wait I can swim, I'm a toad. Wait I can talk? I’m a toad!!!!" Screeched Toad.

Well as you can imagine this was very startling for both little witch and toad. She carefully scooped him up and placed him on an old stump to settle down.

"What? What is that stuff?" Cried Toad.

"I was making a potion to bring my favorite stuffed bunny to life so I could finally have a friend, and it seems to have given you a voice." Said Little Witch.

This my friends was how it all began. Little witch and curious Toad became best friends. They opened a little shop to share their love of potions, a passion for foraging, and tiny curiosities in jars. Welcome!
